The Coach

I am so blessed to be married to the most amazing man named Andy, and I have two astonishing children named Trey and Trinity. In our house we love Jesus, sports, movies, and naps. Well I like naps!

I am from Odessa, TX where I went to school at the great Permian High School (go Mojo)! I received a scholarship to play softball at Phillips University in Enid, Ok, then later transferred to Sul Ross State University to finish my collegiate softball career and earn my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education. I begin my career in education at Duncanville High School where I taught health and P.E., and I coached softball, volleyball, and swimming. After 12 years in the classroom/softball field and two children later, I went back to school earn my Master’s in School Counseling. I transitioned in to school counseling for the next 9 years.

In 2023, I stepped out on faith with the support of my husband and completely changed careers. I went back to school at Hill College to study Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching. I also completed my personal training certificate through NASM. My husband and I build a boutique gym behind our house in 2021 thinking it would be our private gym, but God had other plans and I now train out of this gym which is a tremendous blessing. I also work with clients who want to work on their overall health.

Helping people grow has always been a passion. I started in education and now continue to do the same, just with a different job title. My strength is forming relationships with people so they feel heard, validated, and loved. Then they can use their new found strength to improve not only their health, but also their lives.
